Everything about this hotel is fantastic except for the fact they charge $14 for breakfast and there’s not coffee 24/7 down in the lobby I got the most expensive room one king bed bedroom with a pullout sofa, And paid with points and cash, and breakfast was not included in that rate
I attended this hotel for a meeting purpose for ppl with Disabilities. And unfortunately I had to bring my Autistic, Special Needs son with me and they were so understanding, caring, and help us. Greatest customer service. Clean rooms, nice space, Decent plasma tvs, clean showers, toilets, ice machines, sodas machines. Even the elevators look nice. And it's also a convenient location. There is a On Cue right across and it is opened 24/7. Family friendly. Free Breakfast Buffet with a wide selection of food. Delicious and healthy. Business travel and for leisure time.
Highly recommend! I arrived early and could check in early too. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated it when I left my purse in the restaurant area after breakfast and Pete turned it into the front desk person who tracked me down. I appreciate your honesty! Also, I was glad to get a shuttle to the airport. Many hotels do not offer this service anymore. I do not think that the breakfast was worth $17 though.
We recently stayed for a week. Great place to stay! Entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff was absolutely great. Breakfast staff was amazing and friendly. Manager was stellar and listened to my only complaint Evening bartender was the only downside. He made us feel like we were interrupting his day, couldn't remember what we just ordered and never spoke to anyone. Hope all is ok in his daily life since you never know. We are just accustomed to other locations where the bar staff welcomes you and we want to stay vs going out in town to enjoy drinks and dinner
We arrived three hours earlier than check in time. The front desk staff worker recommended waiting to check in to avoid an additional fee. He offered to keep our suitcases in a secure area so we could go have lunch and also offered the shuttle service for getting to a restaurant. We were already impressed because when we called for shuttle service at the airport, the front desk clerk called the shuttle driver who returned to the pick up point to get us promptly. The room was clean and adequate for a good night's stay. Excellent value.
